Once you have verified your domain, please gather the required documentation for the next part of the approval process. In order for us to confirm your eligibility, we require:

Official website of the educational institution

Educational institution’s official accreditation document stating educational status (provide a scanned copy)

Your name, contact email (not related to Google Workspace account) and title/role/affiliation with your educational institution

This is to confirm that we received the documents you submitted.

In addition, please also send us your School Listing/ Online Presence from the website of the Ministry of Education. Please send us the exact link and a screenshot where you find your school.

Thank you for sending the information we requested.

To proceed with your application, please also send us a scanned copy of an official letter (in English) with school header/logo and signature from the Principal/Head Teacher confirming that the domain name “googlevoice.edu” will be used in favor of the institution and not in favor of a group, organization, class or teacher related to the institution or outside of it.
